She oversees internal and external audits and serves as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, including the FDIC, OCC, and Federal Reserve. As the liaison for employee relations, Kristy leads the development and implementation of culture, systems, and training programs that build essential team capabilities. Her efforts enhance internal processes and foster a work environment that promotes employee growth, engagement, and retention.

Before joining IBT Apps, Scott held senior roles at Lloyds Banking Group, one of the UK’s largest banks, where he led transformative technology initiatives, including major system integrations and modernization projects. His strategic vision and focus on operational efficiency continue to guide IBT Apps’ commitment to innovation, customer success, and service excellence.

Rodney Fuller serves as President of REDi, following his prior role as Chief Financial Officer. Rodney’s career began as a part-time bank teller and progressed through roles in credit operations, product management, and executive leadership. At Jack Henry & Associates, he served as Product Manager for Yellow Hammer Fraud Solutions, growing its adoption from 30 to over 500 institutions. He also led deployment of the NetTeller Internet banking product. Earlier, he was VP of Information Systems at Bank of Alabama, where he managed core system conversions and technology operations.

Greg Hunter brings over 15 years of experience in financial management, business analysis, and automation. As CEO of PowerLender, he leads financial strategy and operations, ensuring fiscal strength and compliance. Prior to joining IBT Apps, Greg held finance leadership roles at Emphasys Software, Altair Software, and FAME Inc., where he played a key role in automating fiscal processes and served as a liaison to the Department of Education for Title IV reporting.

Kevin Salis leads Corporate Development initiatives at Aventra Financial Group, supporting the firm’s strategic growth through M&A, and key partnerships. He specializes in identifying high-impact opportunities that align with Aventra’s long-term vision, with a focus on market intelligence and building strong relationships with founders of mission-critical solutions across the financial services ecosystem. His work plays a key role in driving Aventra’s expansion into new markets and strengthening its competitive position within the industry. Prior to Aventra, Kevin built a solid foundation in business development and strategic analysis at SaaS companies, where he honed a data-driven, results-oriented approach to growth and value creation.

Mark Dittman specializes in cultivating strategic partnerships that elevate the services offered to community financial institutions.
